BRISTOL CHARITY EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY

We have photographed many Charity events for both local & national Charities as Black Tie Portraits, helping them raise much needed funds in the process. We photograph different types of Charity events, such as Charity Balls, Charity Dinners, Charity Golf Days, Charity Team Building Days, Charity Fun Run, Charity Quiz Nights, Charity Auctions, Charity Fancy Dress Parties, and many other Charity events & functions.

We offer 3 options for photography at your Charity Ball

Option 1. Roaming Photography

For Charity Events we can provide Roaming Photography to capture the atmosphere of the occasion. This can include photos of the room set up and decorations, guest arrivals with small groups and individual photos, speeches, table groups, photos of the auction and raffle, and dancing. For this we charge an hourly fee:-

• 1st hour coverage £150, which includes travel time, parking, photography time, image editing, supplying high resolution images via WeTransfer, with full usage rights. Also includes on-line gallery of images for guests to view and download

• Each extra hour is £75 (minimum 2 hour coverage)

• Bristol or Bath

• 50p a mile for all areas outside Bristol and Bath

• Fee payable at the time of booking

Option 2. Studio Photography

We can provide a compact portrait studio for your Charity Ball, for guests to have their portraits taken. This can be couples, small groups or individual portraits. We can also provide a small selection of props, including silly hats, masks and inflatables for some fun and crazy portraits. We can also take a small selection of roaming photos when the studio is not busy, including the room set up and table decorations, auction or raffle and speeches.

We arrive at the venue one hour before guests are due to arrive to set up. We need an area of aprox 12 feet x 14 feet to set up the studio.

• Fee for Studio Photography at your Charity Ball is £125

• Fee payable at the time of booking
